Working Principle of DG411LDQ-E3
The DG411LDQ-E3 utilizes CMOS (complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor) technology in its design which makes it a low power, low on-resistance analog switch. There is an internal switch controlled by a signal voltage, which is typically between 0V and the full supply voltage. When the signal voltage is below a certain level, the switch is off (open) and when the signal voltage is above the certain level, the switch is on (closed). The signal voltage is usually supplied through an analog input pin.
The signal used in the DG411LDQ-E3 is applied through the signal pin and controls the internal switch. When the signal voltage is less than the “off-Vgs”, the internal switch turns off.
