The DMC2004VK-7 FET Array is a family of high voltage, high current, MOSFET arrays manufactured by Dallas Semiconductor. It is made up of four advanced high voltage p-channel MOSFETs and two advanced high voltage n-channel MOSFETs. It is designed to be compatible with industrial process interface, linear power supplies, motor control and other switching and control applications. The DMC2004VK-7 FET Array is available in an 8-pin, SOIC-8 package.

The DMC2004VK-7 FET Array has a wide range of operating voltages from 45V to 600V and can provide up to 25A of output current. The DMC2004VK-7 FET Array features fast switching, low on-resistance, low gate charge and low gate-source voltage requirements.
