The TI DP83848QSQE/NOPB is a Stand-Alone 10/100BASE-T IEEE 802.3 compliant physical layer (PHY) device. It integrates the physical layer functionality into one, and is an ideal upgrade from 10 Mbps cables. With the DP83848QSQE/NOPB, customers can also enjoy a new form factor, high temperature range operation, low power operation and a wide temperature range support.

The application field of the DP83848QSQE/NOPB is extensive and includes relevant components used in networking applications such as Connectivity processors, Layer 2 switches, Wireless base station controllers, SWAP systems, WAVE port modules, PHY devices and network processors.
