It is primarily intended for Ethernet applications requiring point-to-point, half-duplex, or full-duplex communications, and offers a low power consumption, physical size, and cost curves.
DP83867IRRGZR devices are generally used in two modes: as a PHY, providing only the physical layer; or as a MAC/PHY, providing both physical and medium access control layers.
