The DS10CP154EVK/NOPB is a versatile and highly-configurable Evaluation and Demonstration kit developed by Texas Instruments to demonstrate the features and capabilities of the 2-channel Precision Digital Isolator.

The board includes the following components: Isolated Type 2 Channel Digital Isolator DS10CP154EVK, Analogue Front End DS10CP154, Auxiliary LDOs, Relays, Multi-function Switches, Analogue Inputs/Outputs, Memory Card Sockets, Termination Jumper and Heat Sinks. These components, together, allow users to measure, calculate and analyse the performance of the Isolate Type 2 Channel Digital Isolator and its related circuits.

This Evaluation and Demonstration Kit also provides intelligent switching and low-power configuration options. It has onboard multiplexers, relays, switches, serial EEPROMs and a microcontroller with external memory. It also has measurement capabilities, such as for current and voltage waveforms, voltage drop and temperature range.

The DS10CP154EVK/NOPB Evaluation and Demonstration Kit is designed to achieve high system performance while keeping in mind the power consumption and heat dissipation. The Isolated Type 2 Channel Digital Isolator used in this kit, provides superior accuracy levels and fast operation. It features two 50 kA output channels, up to 10 Mbps data rates, 2000 Vrms of isolation voltage, and 200 mA of DC current at a maximum frequency of 100 MHz.
