The DS1390U-3+T&R is part of the extended range of standard, inexpensive, real time clocks (RTC) made by Maxim Integrated. It is an enhanced version of the DS1390 based on improved architecture and new features.The DS1390U-3+T&R includes a 32kHz crystal, an oscillator circuit, and a non-volatile memory and is capable of providing up to two alarms, one of which can be used as a watchdog timer. Other features include a tamper event switch, open-drain reset, temperature compensation, a reset pin, and a battery monitoring pin.
