DS36C278TM is a high performance integrated transceiver designed for link up systems. It is an open protocol device that can be used in both half and full duplex applications. It functions as a complete physical layer device and can be used to implement a variety of link protocols such as Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel and Serial Attached SCSI. DS36C278TM is suitable for a variety of applications including medical and military devices, industrial automation, and general telecom/datacom systems.
