The DS92LV2421SQE/NOPB is a low power, high speed, low voltage differential signal (LVDS) serializer/deserializer (SerDes) which is designed to operate with a wide range of data rate from 250 Mbps to 2 Gbps; it supports 18/24-bit resolution and supports AC/DC coupling. The DS92LV2421SQE/NOPB is part of the family of Serializer/Deserializer products, which is used as an interface tool for one or multiple serial systems for communication between multiple serial data streams. As an example, it supports a parallel LCD interface linking a host processor and display with clock rates up to 2 Gbps.
The DS92LV2421SQE/NOPB feature an integrated 10-bit deserializer with a 24-bit serializer that supports AC/DC coupling. The deserializer has four data phases output, a clock phase output, a four-phase system clock, and a power-down instruction, that helps to save power when system is idle or not in use.
