The DS92001TMA is a type of Interface - Signal Buffers, Repeaters, Splitters. It provides customers with an ideal means to interface signals between two different systems with different heat dissipation capacities, operating temperature ranges, or interface requirements. The DS92001TMA is intended for applications in measurement systems, data acquisition systems and instrumentation systems where signal isolation and/or signal source buffering is needed. Furthermore, it can also be used in conjunction with I/O buffers, converters, and for voltage and current buffering.
The DS92001TMA features an isolation barrier constructed from thin-film of isolation material having a thickness of around 5 microns. This isolation layer provides a high level of electrical isolation with minimal capacitance variations over temperature. The device is also designed with an isolated ground plane and shielded isolation material to reduce interference issues, thus allowing for reliable performance over temperature.
More importantly, the DS92001TMA is designed with a low propagation delay, allowing signals to be transmitted over a large distance without any significant distortion. The device\'s edges are protected against ESD (electrostatic discharge) and other noise, while the signal pins are protected against both offset and scale errors..
In addition to providing an isolation barrier, the DS92001TMA also provides signal buffering and current-to-voltage conversion. The signal pins are buffered on the device to reduce the effects of distortion, signal loss, and noise.
