The DS9638CN is an integrated High-speed Multi-Channel Differential Bus Driver and Receiver designed for data communication in the field of interface applications. It is designed for differential bus data rates up to 1000 Mbps, and is suitable for all types of inter-system digital communications providing high performance and low power consumption.

The DS9638CN differential bus driver and receiver have been designed to provide multi-channel, one pair of unidirectional differential bus driver and receiver to aid in data communications between systems. The differential bus driver operates at a nominal voltage of 3.3V and has an adjustable supply voltage range of 3.2V to 3.6V. It has a voltage range of ±400mV and output current capability of +/-250mA, allowing it to drive up to four channels with up to 1MHz differential bus data rate. The receiver has an adjustable supply voltage range of 2.8V to 3.7V and an adjustable range of 120mV, 200mV, and +/-500mV, which allows it to receive up to four channels of differential data up to 1MHz.
