Working Principle

The ELXM251VSN471MP50S operates according to a principle known as lever rule. This exploits the quantum mechanical tunneling effect and the electrostatic attraction between two material states. The two states are separated by an oxide layer that lies between them. This oxide layer is an electrostatic barrier that prevents electrons from tunneling from one layer to the other.
