Working Principle

At the core of the EP9307-IRZR is an ARM-based microcontroller, which is configured to run on Kinetis-W series Cortex-M4/M0 processor. The processor is accompanied by integrated Dynamic Memory Controller (DMC), which helps in managing both static and dynamic memory operations. The ARM based Cortex-M processor helps in decoding instruction streams, perform operations and handle data and address buses.

The integrated timing module, called GEMINI-TIMER, provides support for a number of digital and analog Clocks, Modulation/Demodulation format, Traces, and multichannel audio. The integrated I/O controller provides support for interfaces such as ULPI (USB Low-Power Interface), I2C and SPI, as well as other audio, video and graphics. The integrated radio circuitry supports digital modulation, allowing for high data rate wireless communications in both point-to-point and multi-node networks.

The integrated power management is used to maximize battery life and is capable of delivering up to 3.3V. The integrated voltage regulators, regulators, synthesizers, converters and controllers are utilized to efficiently manage the power management of the system.
