The EVAL-CN0241-SDPZ evaluation board enables users to quickly evaluate and develop designs based on the ADPD188BI optical biometric sensor. This sensor is a programmable AFE for a wide range of optical applications including flow meter, heartbeat monitor, environmental monitoring, presence detection, consumer safety products, and more. It is based on a Low-Power Always-On technology and packed into a highly integrated design optimized for size and performance. With its built-in self-test enabling seamless integration into end-products, the EVAL-CN0241-SDPZ evaluation board has been designed to provide easy access to the performance and capabilities of the ADPD188BI optical biometric sensor for all major applications.
The EVAL-CN0241-SDPZ evaluation board allows customers to quickly evaluate the performance of the ADPD188BI optical biometric sensor. The board integrates four 6-pin SMA connectors to interface with external optical and analog components for evaluation of performance in the presence of external physical environment. Four on-board LEDs are used to visually verify the inputs from the external optical components. Additionally, a 3.3V regulator powers the evaluation board, providing stable operation in any environment.
The EVAL-CN0241-SDPZ evaluation board provides users the platform and necessary components for measuring their desired application. The board uses a single I2C bus to send and receive information between the host device and the ADPD188BI sensor.
