The EVAL-CN0261-SDPZ Evaluation Board is an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed to allow designers to evaluate the performance of a given integrated circuit (IC). The board features a low-power, low-noise, and low-latency signal chain analogue to digital converter with programmable gain options. The EVAL-CN0261-SDPZ is a stand-alone board that includes most features associated with precision analog-to-digital conversion. It includes a 12-bit SAR (successive approximation register) ADC, Voltage Reference, and Microcontroller. This voltage reference is integrated to provide 0.02% precision. The board also includes an external Voltage Reference option for a greater precision. The ADC has a maximum conversion rate of up to 2.5MSPS (millions of samples per second). The programmable gain allows the connected device to accept inputs from almost any voltage range, allowing for more flexible system integration.
