The EVAL-CN0341-SDPZ is an evaluation and demonstration board and kit designed for analog signal chain designers. This board is equipped with an ADC and DAC accompanied with a fast settling signal path. It can be used for a variety of applications such as consumer and automotive designs, test and measurement, industrial control systems, and communications applications.
The EVAL-CN0341-SDPZ has been designed to make it easier for signal chain designers to evaluate the performance, design, and characterizations of their products. The board is extremely easy to use and is ideal for design and evaluation of input signal and output signal chain configurations.
The board comes with an on-board ADP4627 DAC and an ADC with multiplexers. It has a variety of on-board components, including a voltage reference, a voltage regulator, an R-2R ladder filter, an analog switch, and a digital logic section. It also features a a high-frequency — 34 MHz — clock circuit designed to provide precision clock timing.
The EVAL-CN0341-SDPZ has two on-board measurement points. One is a frequency domain point which provides a full spectrum of results from the clock circuit and the other is a time domain point which provides you with precise timings of the analog switch.
The board also includes a C socket, making it very convenient to interface the board with industry standard C code. This feature allows you to quickly and easily evaluate the performance characteristics of different analog output signal chain components, or to adjust the performance characteristics of specific outputs by programming the C code.
The EVAL-CN0341-SDPZ board has two test points which can be used to measure the level of accuracy with a variety of signal chain configurations. The first point is a DC test point which measures the output level of the DAC and compares it to the input signal level of the input signal path. The second point is an AC test point which provides a comparison of the output level and input level of the analog output signal path.
The EVAL-CN0341-SDPZ also provides an easy and convenient way for signal chain designers to make signal chain measurements. It comes with a oscilloscope probe which can be used to measure the signals in both the frequency and time domain, as well as a logic analyzer which allows the user to view and analyze the logic states of the different components in the signal chain.
The EVAL-CN0341-SDPZ is designed to provide a good foundation for signal chain designers to evaluate the performance characteristics of their product. It provides a comprehensive set of tools to enable simulation, evaluation, and tuning of input and output signal chain components. With these features, signal chain designers can easily and quickly evaluate the performance of different signal chain configurations and adjust the performance parameters of specific outputs.
