Evaluation and Demonstration Boards and Kits are designed for testing and evaluating a range of embedded technologies. The EVAL-CN0407-SDPZ board is a complete evaluation system for Silicon Labs\' SiM3C1xx Constant-Voltage/Constant-Current LED driver ICs. This board features a flexible platform which enables an array of working environments for users.
The EVAL-CN0407-SDPZ board includes a built-in simulation circuit to evaluate the SiM3C1xx power supply function. The board has an adjustable regulated output voltage with two selectable output resistors (100 Ohm and 150 Ohm). The input voltage range is 7V-25V and the output voltage range is up to 40V. The board also includes an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) that can be used to measure the output voltage and current values.
The main application field of the EVAL-CN0407-SDPZ board is industrial automation, automotive, consumer electronics, LED lighting etc. The board supports many features such as programmable voltage and current-controlled LED dimming, adjustable input rise time (25μs - 500ms), adjustable input fall time (100μs - 200ms) and protection over-voltage protection (OVP).
