The EVALSF3-ICE3B2065P is an important part of the range of evaluation boards for DC/DC & AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS. This evaluation board is designed to supply smooth switching power supply up to 300W, and it provides an excellent platform for demonstrators, developers and customers who need a customizable and configurable off-line switching power supply.
EVALSF3-ICE3B2065P is based on a Fairchild 650V, 3A Integrated Power Stage (ICE3B2065P), making it an ideal solution for a variety of applications like ATX PSU, low power audio amplifier or flat-panel display power supplies. The complete board includes an input EMI filter, a soft start RC network, an over-current protection circuit, an optocoupler for feedback loop, a fixed switching frequency PWM controller with onboard active loop compensation, and a thermal shutdown circuit.
The evaluation board complies with international safety standards and supports worldwide AC mains input: 100-245 VAC 50/60 Hz. It features wide adjustment of line regulation, low output noise, and very low overshoot and undershoot with peak current controlled. It also provides high efficiency up to 90%. The evaluation board also has a Wi-Fi programming and monitoring interface for online configuration and parameter visualization.
The EVALSF3-ICE3B2065P evaluation board supports various operating modes and allows for easy testing and measuring of the IC performance.
