FOD3182SDV Isolators

The FOD3182SDV is an advanced system-on-a-chip transistor gate driver developed by FODtech. It is a member of the FODtech Isolators - Gate Drivers family, designed for low-side driving of N-channel MOSFETs. The device features a novel multi-level control system that significantly reduces switching power loss, while at the same time ensuring fast switching performance.
