FSLP612 stands for Fast Secure Lightweight Protocol 612. It is a network security protocol used for multiplexing, data integrity, data authentication, data encryption and key exchange purposes. This security protocol can be used for both wired and wireless networks. It is designed to be used for authentication, authorization, and the encryption of data transfer in wireless networks and mobile device communication.
FSLP612 is based on a combination of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography. It combines pre-shared keys and symmetric keys with systems that use public-key cryptography. It also includes additional authentication mechanisms in order to reduce the risk of Man-in-the-Middle attacks. The FSLP612 protocol makes use of an elliptic curve Diffie-Hellman (ECDH) key exchange scheme to establish a secure communication session between two nodes.
