FT833B12-RT is a high-performance, current-mode high-side load switch designed for high-current application fields. With a maximum load current of up to 8A and an extremely low RDS(on) of only 1.8mΩ, the FT833B12-RT is the ideal choice in LED lighting applications, such as those found in street lighting, commercial lighting, automotive lighting and interior lighting.
