FT838RNA-RT is a multi-functional, integrated offline switcher IC (Integrated Circuit). It consists of two AC to DC power converters, a low-side N-channel MOSFET, two linear regulators, two MOSFET drivers, two error amplifiers and a wide-range boost controller. This device can be used to provide either a constant voltage or current output, depending on the application.
FT838RNA-RT can handle a wide input voltage range, from 3.3V up to 18V. It also features a low quiescent current of 10μA and very low standby power consumption of only 25μW.
