TVS - DiodesTransient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes are used to protect sensitive circuits from electrical overvoltage transients such as those generated by lightning strikes and static discharges. To protect critical ICs, TVS diodes should be included in any sensitive system, providing a fast response time and a safe, reliable solution. The GSOT36C-HE3-08 is one excellent example of how a TVS diode can be used.
The GSOT36C-HE3-08 is a 3-Pin, two-line super low capacitance diode array device.
