H11A1-X006 Optoisolator - Transistor, Photovoltaic OutputThe H11A1-X006 optoisolator is an optoelectronic device for galvanic isolation of two electronically connected circuits. It consists of a light-emitting diode (LED) that’s optically coupled with a silicon phototransistor. It provides electrical isolation between a control circuit and a power circuit, while allowing the transfer of digital signals between them.The device offers excellent isolation voltage between the input and output circuits, up to 5kV rms, with a transfer impedance of 0.2V/mΩ. It also has a high-speed switching with low propagation delays of 8μs max. It has an operating temperature range of −55 to 100°C, and a storage temperature range of −40 to 100°C. It can be found in a variety of applications, such as power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies, motor controllers, automation equipment, and process control. It is suitable for isolating power supplies from the mains, for protecting against voltage spikes, and for suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMI). The H11A1-X006 optoisolator works by transmitting a digital signal between the circuit connected to its input, and the circuit connected to its output.
