An H11B2300 optoisolator is a type of transistor output optoisolator. It is composed of an infrared LED, which emits light when current is applied, and a silicon phototransistor, which changes its state in response to the light from the LED. The device operates on the principle of converting input signals from one circuit to output signals in another circuit, while completely preventing electrical connection between the two. By using the optoisolator to convert digital and analog input signals to isolated output signals, noise interference and unwanted loads can be eliminated.

The H11B2300 optoisolator is designed to provide photocoupled electrical isolation with both digital and analog signals. It features a maximum isolation voltage of 3,000 volts, a high photo sensitivity of 0.1 uA/lux, and a fast speed of 1 ms rise and fall times.
