In other words, it\'s basically a four-byte storage and transfer device. By making use of its data latches and shift registers, the HEF4894BT/Q100 can be used to store and shift both the data and address bytes.The working principle of the HEF4894BT/Q100 is based on the concept of shifting the contents of the 4-bit register one step at a time. Every time it is clocked, the contents of the 4-bit register are shifted one place.
