HER102G A0G is a rectifier diode in a “DO-214AC”, an axial lead, single-phase full-wave rectifier. It is available with three different current ratings: 2.0A, 4.0A and 5.0A at peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V. It is suitable for printed circuit board as well as surface-mount configurations.

Application Field

HER102G A0G is mainly found in general-purpose rectification and in power supplies for consumer applications. Working Principle
