HMC565LC5TR-R5 amplifier is a MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) amplifier designed and manufactured by Hittite Microwave Corporation for operation from 0.4 to 6 GHz. It is designed for applications such RF amplification in cellular basestation, defense, satellite, and commercial communication systems.
