IP2021CPBF, also known as integrated 2A buck type Power IC, is a synchronous step down regulator which can be used to generate low-voltage DC power supply. The device consists of a low-side power MOSFET, high-side power MOSFET, internal oscillator, PWM control circuit and protection circuits. Power MOSFET
