Working Principle:
The IR25750LTRPBF integrates high/low voltage detection, over current, over temperature, low-voltage lockout (LVO) and chip enable functions, providing a comprehensive protection package. It uses an internally generated 3V reference voltage and a signal-conditioned input voltage to detect over-voltage/under-voltage conditions and then customize the under-voltage/over-voltage values as needed. For over-current protection, the input voltage is compared with a signal-conditioned current-sense voltage. When exceed the preset time, the output will be shut down. The chip includes a temperature detection circuit, with the MOSFET internal temperature being compared with the internal reference temperature.
The chip\'s LVO circuit features a low-voltage lockout (LVO) function to protect from system low-voltage fault conditions. The chip provide an output that is activated when the voltage drops below a preset value, which ensures the chip will not be affected by abnormal input conditions. The chip enable function is used to shutdown the chip with a low-level logic signal.
