IR25601SPBF Application Field and Working Principle
IR25601SPBF is a part of the International Rectifier Automotive grade of high and low side driver ICs, known as PMIC Gate Drivers, designed to easily and efficiently drive MOSFET, IGBT, and bipolar transistors.
