IR3087MTR is a high performance single phase synchronous buck regulator controller with integrated MOSFETs. It offers integrated system level protection features and operates with supply voltages between 9V and 60V. It is capable of delivering up to 6A of continuous output current, allowing system designs to minimize external components and minimize design cost.
