The IR4426STRPBF is designed with an integrated lead frame package (LFPAK) for easy mounting to the PCB. The IR4426STRPBF has an internal low on-resistance to provide low rdson performance to the IGBTs. The turn-on rising and falling edge times are strictly controlled to prevent OVP conditions of the IGBT during switching.
