IRKC91/04A is a type of diode rectifier arrays, specifically Schottky Barrier Rectifier Array. It comes in the form of a single in-line package (SIP), which is made of 4 silicon chips, 3 of which are rectifiers, while the fourth is a thermal compensation diode, often referred to as a bypass diode. This device is a bidirectional rectifier, allowing current to flow either way through the device.

The primary application of the IRKC91/04A is to convert a DC voltage from a higher voltage (typically 5V or 12V) to a much lower voltage, such as 3.3V or 2.5V. This type of conversion is known as a “step-down” conversion.
