Working principle

IRMCF371TR is designed to drive a three-phase Brushless DC (BLDC) motor. It contains a voltage regulator, an error amplifier, a MOSFET driver, and a P-channel MOSFET. The IC operates in a fixed frequency, voltage-mode and features a number of features like current no-load detection, overcurrent and overvoltage protection and override control. The operating voltage range of the IC is 3V to 18V.
