The iMPACT™ Rapid Programmable Logic Device In-System Memory to Universal Memory (iRPLDIM2U) is an all in one board designed for use in a laboratory or industrial setting for prototyping, debugging, and system testing.The iRPLDIM2U board is a main board designed with a universal interface and multiple connections for various peripherals. It contains an Intel® Stratix 10 FPGA as the main component and multiple universal connectors which are used to control multiple memory devices such as SRAM and DDR3, as well as wireless modules, and a range of expandable I/O. The board also supports NAND flash and NOR flash.The iRPLDIM2U board is based on the patented iMPACT technology which is a process for rapidly configuring, testing, and programming any type of programmable logic device, without any special hardware or software. The iMPACT technology enables the rapid programmable logic device to be fit into an existing architecture by using a number of programmable registers to control the timing. By using the iMPACT technology, engineers can develop and modify their designs in-system faster than ever before. The board is highly stable and can run high speed operations in a lab setting without any thermal issues. It is capable of running at up to 6.25 Gigahertz and can support up to 1.6V Data I/O Rates. The board features an integrated power management and testing module which enables the board to run without any additional external power, and can manage and monitor current and temperature in-system.The iRPLDIM2U application field is typically used in embedded and high performance computing systems development in industry, Universities and research laboratories. The iRPLDIM2U is an ideal development tool for applications such as connected car, extreme computing, medical monitoring and industrial automation. The board is suitable for development and prototyping of systems which use complex configurations, communication protocols, and large data sets.In addition to its application field, the iRPLDIM2U board is also used for testing in production lines. The board simplifies the testing of hardware in production lines, enabling the efficient performance on systems which require high speed bus operations.
