The IRS2123STRPBF is an integrated gate driver circuit well-suited for driving n-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs. It works in the mode of Floating Supply with unregulated four lead configuration. IRS2123STRPBF combines a high-voltage power stage with digital logic level control inputs. This framework acts as a complete gate driver by providing a self-oscillating boost converter for the logic supply, eliminating the need for an expensive external voltage regulator. The IRS2123STRPBF has several advantages, including minimum crossover voltage, soft-start, high/low side optimized performance and better device handling capability.In addition to driving MOSFETs and IGBTs, the IRS2123STRPBF is also suitable for use in a variety of applications, such as motor control, automotive, lighting, UPS and other industrial systems. The IRS2123STRPBF is designed for controlling high-side and low-side infrared LED arrays, as well as high side and low side discrete MOSFET or IGBT power transistors.
