The ISL431133IHZ-T is an ultra-low threshold, low power,CMOS Quad Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) Analog Switch. Working Principle

The ISL431133IHZ-T is an ultra-low power, low voltage, and battery-powered, CMOS Quad Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) Analog Switches. It features four channels of SPST analog switch with ESD protection on the logic inputs. It is a gated transmitter and the logic input controls the gate voltage. When the logic input is low, the switch is open and the gate voltage is zero. When the logic input is high, the channel is closed, and a small gate voltage will be applied to the output.

ISL431133IHZ-T typically consumes less than 1µA with the switch off and less than 1mA with the switch on. It operates from DC supply voltages from 1.2V to 3.6V and can handle analog signals up to 5V. ISL431133IHZ-T also has an operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
