ISL43145IR is an analog switch, multiplexer, and demultiplexer integrated circuit (IC) developed by the Intersil Corporation in 1995. It is one of the earliest available ICs of its kind. This IC is used in a wide range of applications including audio, cell phone, healthcare and automotive.

The ISL43145IR consists of two independent, high linearity analog switches, and two direction-controllable multiplexer/demultiplexer circuits in one package. The two independent channels of the ISL43145IR are electrically isolated.
