Then, two P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs regulate the output voltage in order to keep the output voltage within the exact voltage level.

Step 3: Post-Conditioning

Finally, the MOSFETs are turned on and off alternately to ramp down and up again the voltage to the output in order to ensure smooth transition.
