ISL6565ACRZ-T is a highly stable, versatile, and fully integrated system power supply solution, which belongs to DC-DC switching controllers, which integrates PMIC (Power Management ICs). It is designed for upgrading or replacing an aging or existing low efficiency linear power supply in various circuits, such as space-saving embedded electronic systems, and applications that require high efficiency and good thermal performance. The highly reliable ISL6565ACRZ-T is a fully integrated system power supply solution with high efficiency, low cost, and compact size, suitable for applications requiring high supply current, transient performance, and reliability.

The basic architecture of the ISL6565ACRZ-T is built around the voltage regulator (VR) and the buck converter, and is combined with the advanced flexible features, such as the ability to operate in both continuous and discontinuous conduction mode, soft-start, etc. The highly advanced, integrated ISL6565ACRZ-T also provides additional features such as input voltage range, adjustable output voltage, output current limiting, fast response to environmental changes, and efficient thermal management.
