The ISL6613AECB is a high side and low side self-enabled digital PWM gate driver which contains two independent channels and two integrated transistors that generally works as a power management integrated circuit (PMIC). This device was primarily developed to drive both high and low side power MOSFETs/IGBTs with separate inputs, as well as low frequency applications like DC/DC converters, CPU core voltage regulation, high voltage power supplies and motor drive applications.

The ISL6613AECB is composed of two independent integrated circuits with identical pinouts. Each channel incorporates an operational amplifier (OA) feedback loop to regulate the output voltage, an independent output FET, an isolation switch, and a unique current-sensing circuit. The output FETs are ideal for driving high and low voltage outputs, as well as low frequency applications.
