The ISL6801ABT is a highly integrated, quad-channel, gate driver integrated circuit (IC) primarily designed for driving power Mosfets in consumer and general purpose applications. The ISL6801ABT IC is classified into the category of power management integrated circuits (PMICs) – Gate Drivers, and can drive power MOSFETs up to 25V at 4A peak of peak output current. The ISL6801ABT device can also drive IGBTs, SiC FETs, and other power devices.
