Additionally, it offers an adjustable soft-start voltage feature as well as an adjustable peak current limit and reverse current protection.The APS controller includes an internal 1.25V reference with a 10ppm/°C temperature coefficient in order to keep the accuracy of the voltage and current outputs. It utilizes the internal thermal shutdown protection, the VOUT pin that is monitored to detect a reverse current, and the dual channel p-channel MOSFETs to prevent any occurrence of a short circuit.
