Ix2a11s1t/R is part of a series of MOSFET driver ICs manufactured by IXYS Corporation, and is a single half-bridge FET driver that can provide up to 11 Amperes. The device is a full-bridge MOSFET driver which is used to produce a half-bridge, high-current and high-voltage circuit with low-side and high-side MOSFETs.
