KA7809ERTM

KA7809ERTM is a linear voltage regulator that belongs to the power management integrated circuit (PMIC) family. KA7809ERTM is a three-terminal variable output, adjustable voltage regulator that can supply up to 9A with a high degree of accuracy. The output voltage level can be adjusted between +1.20V to +20V by feeding the appropriate output voltage desired to the adjust pin. The KA7809ERTM has an excellent line and load regulation over a wide input voltage range and exhibits an excellent current fold-back limitation at 25% of maximum output current.

Working Principle
