LD29080S33R is a three-terminal low drop out (LDO) linear voltage regulator and a member of the Renesas family of PMICs. It is designed to provide an exceptional power supply solution for many point-of-load (POL) applications, including a wide range of cell phone chargers, tablet PCs, digital and analog audio devices, handheld devices, mobile phones, automotive applications, and other portable devices. The device is capable of providing an accurate and robust output voltage range from as low as 1.2V to as high as 4.3V.The LD29080S33R is designed with a fast response time, high output voltage accuracy, low output noise and low quiescent current. The device has an input supply voltage range of 2.4V to 4.5V, and it can deliver up to 1.5A of continuous output current. The device also offers a wide range of output current protection, starting from 0.5A, and with an adjustable current limit of up to 2.5A. The device also offers a wide variety of overvoltage, overtemperature and overtemperature protection features.The LD29080S33R features a thermal register temperature range of -40°C to 110°C, with operating temperature range of -20 to +85°C.
