LM239DR2 is a dual comparator designed for comparing two analog input signals and producing an output both in digital form (high or low) or in open-collector form. The device is based on the design principles of the LM139 family of linear comparators, and uses CMOS voltage-level translation techniques to produce a low quiescent current under all operating conditions. The comparator is also protected against short circuits to ground and short circuits between supply and input pins.
