The LM239DRG4 is a quad voltage comparator from the National Semiconductor series of integrated circuits. It is a low power linear comparison device suitable for timing, sensing, level detection, pulse generation, frequency division and pulse shaping applications. The LM239DRG4 is specified for a wide range of operating conditions, either DC or AC. It has a wide range of operating voltages, from 3.0 volts up to 30 volts.
