The LM25005MHX/NOPB is a monolithic synchronous buck regulator of DC-DC switching family designed to provide a simple and efficient solution for converting a regulated 5V supply and a variable output voltage rail over a range of 0.6 to 5.5V. It has integrated power MOSFETs and an advanced adaptive on-time control architecture, enabling it to create an extremely reliable, low-noise and high-efficiency power conversion.
