Introduction
The LM27213SQ is a fast-transitioning synchronous step-down DC-DC controller with a wide input voltage range that supports up to 28V input voltage. It is a highly efficient, highly integrated synchronous step-down DC-DC controller that does not require an external regulator. It integrates one high-side switch, one low-side switch, one synchronous rectifier, one current-sense amplifier, one current monitoring comparator and one voltage reference. The device supports an input voltage range of 6 V to 28 V and output voltage range of 0.6 V to 6.5 V. The LM27213SQ operates in either forced-PWM or constant-ON-time modes and provides fixed frequency, adjustable frequency and adjustable voltage operation.
